I’ve been going to Saida for over 15 years and she is truly excellent at what she does. She takes her time with every client, carefully evaluating your skin and customizing facials, waxing, and other skincare treatments to what you need. Her process is gentle, thoughtful, and very calming. I especially love how she uses the full appointment time. While masks or products are setting, she offers a hand massage or stays engaged rather than leaving the room, which is attention you don’t always get at larger salons. Saida is a consummate professional who is responsive, timely, and genuinely caring. Her space is welcoming and relaxing, and I always leave feeling pampered and well cared for.
