AZ Nail Supply

After reading these reviews I was reluctant to shop here; however, because their competitor across the street was for licensed professionals I figured I’d take my chances and try them out. At worst if they were rude I’d just leave. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a man, who was actually assisting another customer, and offered to help me once he was done. He was polite when he needed to get past me in an aisle. I declined help initially, buy quickly I realized I would need help because it was challenging to find what I wanted. He offered me and other customers a hand held basket. Eventually another employee, a woman, came out and asked me if I needed help again. I obliged. She helped me find the items I needed. Very tight space to walk through the aisles because of all the supplies. Other supply stores have the same issue unless they have more staff in order to constantly organize and restock. I have brought my two year old with me a couple times and keeping her hands off things while shopping is a challenge of its own. I appreciate the staff for always being friendly and willing to help me get what I need making my shopping experience less stressful. I have only seen two people at this store but my shopping experience is always great! I don’t feel rushed to find what I need and when I am ready to check out it’s always quick.

The lady who works here is always very rude, she always follows us around as if we’re going to steal and tries to rush us out of the store. She seems to only have a decent attitude with people who speak her language. It never changes I’ve been here over 5 times and every time she makes me feel uncomfortable. I’m just trying to shop for my needs just like everyone else without being discriminated against. I’ll take my business elsewhere she doesn’t deserve my coin

My friend and I went to this store today and we were followed throughout the store as we browsed around. The guy followed our every move, right behind us, making sure we weren’t stealing or something. We felt we were being discriminated against. Then the guy said “are you guys almost done because I have to go to the back”.. so we just paid and left. But we strongly regret shopping here and won’t be coming back. Go across the street to Nationwide!

So, there are 2 nail supply stores at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Cactus. If you are debating about which one to go to let me just save you some time. Do NOT go here. The staff barely acknowledged my presence in the store and continued to help every other customer that came in to the store after me that spoke their language. In addition to this the store is an absolute mess. There are boxes waiting to be unpacked literally everywhere which you will have to step over to walk down the aisle. I was in the store for 20 minutes without any help when I decided to leave and go across the street to the other supply store next to the Asian market, where I was helped immediately.
