Julia was amazing! Best service and experience. I just moved here and needed a new stylist. She made me feel like I have always been one of her clients and my hair turned out beautiful.

I've been getting my hair done by Abbie P. for I don't even know how many year- probably nearing a decade. She is AMAZING! She did my hair for my wedding and always has my color perfect for every day use and special occasions. I saw a bad review about one of the independent renters named Abby (as well) online and felt the need to reassure anyone looking up reviews for Axis Salon that Abbie the owner is incredible at what she does.

Unfortunately, I had a traumatizing experience at this salon. The hairdresser informed me that she would be finished by 9 pm. I repeatedly reminded her that my ride was waiting outside and that I had to work, but the later it got, the more anxious I became. I chose to leave the salon around 12:40 pm, closer to 1 pm, as it became clear that she was not working efficiently. Despite my repeated reminders, she failed to prioritize my appointment, and I was forced to put my own needs first. My hair was like string after the treatment I chose to do. The experience was disastrous, with over six hours of improper service that left my hair severely damaged and unfinished. The final result bore no resemblance to the picture we had discussed. Karolina is not only skilled and professional but will make you feel valued and important. If you have thick and coarse Latina hair, I cannot recommend her enough. I have gone through years of being terrified of getting my haircut because of so many botched cuts I’ve gotten in the past. But she completely understood my hair texture. Even though I have a lot of thick hair, she never made me feel like I was hassle To cut and color. Normally, other stylist would make comments about it or that their arms were hurting or that they have to go mix yet again another bowl, but not her. She actually made me feel good about the fact that I have a lot of hair! What?! She is such a kind and positive person, that you will not only leave her chair feeling great in appearance but also very encouraged. I
