I went to awa and I ask for medium knotless braids I showed her a picture of what braids I had before I explained to her that I can’t have to much tension on my head because of my alopecia and she gives me small tight knotless braids and when I ask can she please combine some of the braids to relieve the tension in my hair she wanted to charge me extra and I brought my own hair on top of that worst experience ever definitely never going back

First time customer and a walk-in also. Asked if she wasn’t booked and if she styled men’s hair next thing I’m in the seat. Get out the seat and I look brand new, she’s a real professional with excellent customer service. Deff recommend!!!(With appointment**)
