I had a wonderful experience at Avissa! The office is extremely clean and welcoming, and the entire staff is very professional and knowledgeable. You can really tell that everyone there is highly educated and takes pride in their work. They take the time to explain treatments and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. I felt well cared for and confident in their expertise. I would definitely recommend Avissa to anyone looking for quality care and a great overall experience!

I went there to have a quick consultation on a dark spot that i had on my face. Oh my god, what beautiful, clean, and immaculate place. The owner was there and he explained everything to me thoroughly and i ended up getting 3 different services right away. Maria, the lady who worked on my face was extremely nice and professional and I'm really happy that decided to stop by to check out that place. Makan, the owner, offered good discount on the packages i purchased and Maria was very caring and nice, and went extra miles on making sure i was being ok on every step of the procedures.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into this because I had a lot of laser work done, but I’m so glad I trusted Mariya and the whole team. She didn’t rush anything or just throw treatments at me ; she actually looked at my skin, explained things in a way that made sense, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Over time, my skin started looking smoother, brighter, and just healthier overall. What stood out to me most is that the team clearly knows what they are doing. Very confident but careful, and Mariya really cares about results and skin safety. I’d absolutely trust her again and recommend her to anyone who wants real results without damaging their skin. The Spa is gorgeous with top of the line devices.

Great experience at Avissa Skin in Livonia. Went for laser hair removal, and Mariya is fantastic. She is incredibly knowledgeable about treatments and skin types. Even with sensitive skin, I don't have to worry about a thing. She has been so flexible with my schedule. All of the Avissa staff members have been warm and welcoming! An added bonus, their per-session pricing is super straightforward and flexible, so you don't have to make any big commitments.

I just went yesterday for my first ever hydrafacial and I have nothing but great things to say about it. First off, the spa itself is beautiful and very clean. The staff were all very friendly and everyone greeted me the second I walked in. Kristen did my treatment and she was very professional and also very laid back, which made me feel less nervous about everything. She explained the process every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I already purchased my next facial there, and am planning to send my husband too! Would highly recommend Avissa!
