This salon is absolutely beautiful! The decor, coffee bar, snack bar. Gorgeous. It was my first time there, and Macy did my color. She is a very sweet and knowledgeable young lady. She got my root touch up matched perfectly, and greys gone, on the first try. She has a client for life!

Genesis is the best! She’s so sweet and has done an amazing job on my hair the last few months. I’m so glad that I found her, and I will definitely be a loyal customer while I am here in Okeechobee for work. The salon is beautiful and everyone is so nice!

Took my daughter for a color block and style. Macy was so patient and attentive. They have a customer for life. Could not have asked for a better experience!

I usually don’t do reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my hair done . $50 deposit? Which is supposed to be deducted from your final charges. I went in for foil highlights & med shag cut, the girl said I needed highlights & lowlights I said yes. Nothing was near her station, not even a hair clip. She had to go get things several times. 2.5 hrs later before I even see it she says can you come back tomorrow afternoon? (It’s too dark.) yes it was, the roots were blended but no highlights at all & we haven’t cut it yet. I was charged 224.00 I was told it would be 180 & I thought the deposit would come out of that. Next day, she says ( I think I can lighten it by washing it with something) that didn’t work. 2hrs later I had to remind her that she hadn’t cut it yet. Wh
