Avenue Barbers

I walked into this barbershop about 45 minutes before closing as a walk-in. One of the barbers was available and agreed to take me. I told him I needed a haircut and just to note, I also have a beard. He gave me a mid skin fade, and the haircut itself came out really good. I was happy with the fade. It took about 45 minutes, finishing right around closing time. After showing me the cut and asking if it looked good, he cleaned me up but never acknowledged or offered to line up or groom my beard. I found it surprising to leave a barbershop with my beard completely untouched and without even being asked. I recently moved back to Florida and have been looking for somewhere to get my hair cut. I scheduled online and was promptly seen shortly after I arrived. Sage is the one who cut my hair and fixed up my beard and I think this is the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. My beard has never looked better. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sage!

Not so good cut everything but the top and made my hair way to short I asked for a fade not to look like a twink he didn't ask as he went just cut everything off then blamed it on my hair type and said I would look like a mushroom if I got it cut how I did honestly it bothers me more that he didn't just say yo my bad instead he tried to avoid it and I didn't argue all I wanted was to look kinda like my friend but now I don't even wanna go to school monday the pic is like 5 hours after the cut its not as bad as it looks but ide prefer a barber to just ask as he goes instead of cutting it all

I got my hair cut here a few days ago and wow I’m impressed! I have to say this is the first and only time where I really even cared this much about my hair after a cut and have been so happy every time I look at it. It was done to perfection and my barber, sorry if I get this wrong I’m bad at names, but I believe Alejandro,.. he really took his time to perfect it, you could tell he is passionate with his art. Looking around at all the other customers hair every barber in there knows what they are doing, everyone else also had their hair done very well. I really don’t think I’ll go to another place again because these guys really know what they’re doing. Hands down the best service I have received I’ve been going to Elmo since I moved to Florida from New York 4 years ago. Thank you Elmo you always gets my haircut on point can’t ask for any more beyond professional. Face mask while getting a haircut I recommend I leave feeling amazing every single time and that’s what I love. The shop also always has a great vibe everyone super friendly and cool.
