Aveda Store

I have been using Aveda exclusively since the 80's. People always compliment me on my skin and cannot believe my age when they find out. I was so psyched to discover that I can call this store directly and they will ship the product to my house the next day! They also included a really nice headband in my order. I didn't even know they made these. It's super comfy and well constructed. The staff there is always super helpful.

Beyond the beautiful store with so many options to fit all hair and skincare needs, was absolutely stellar customer service. Valentina was eager and passionate about cosmetology and helped me find products to fit my personal needs. She is incredibly knowledgeable and charismatic and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. I left feeling more confident with my hair routine and will absolutely be coming back because of her service and the store’s excellent products.

I first visited this store a couple months ago and had the pleasure of meeting Jourdyn. She was beyond my expectations. Since I have a buzz cut, my issue was a dry, flaky scalp, and she really took the time to listen and knew exactly what I needed. Scalp solutions! She took the time to explain what was in it and how it worked, gave suggestions and options, and really made the experience. I walked out with scalp treatment, conditioner, face toner/exfoliant, overnight serum, and even some hand lotion. Best $130 spent ever. Results are awesome, new fan and even joined the plus rewards. I’m a fan, great product, long lasting, but Jourdyn truly made the experience. I will definitely be back often. Props to Jourdyn for knowing your stuff 😃

Every time I walk in, I am greeted by Ariel. At this point, she might as well be my best friend. She is very wonderful to work with and always has the customers best intentions as her first priority. If they do not have your product in stock, they will reach out as soon as they get an allocation. Awesome staff! Highly recommend!!

Went in an hour before close on a Friday night. Was looking for a natural gel product for my 4 year old who recently started requesting we gel his hair. Sales rep could have easily just shown me where the hair gel was and I probably would have bought it for my son as i trust Aveda. But, she began to ask a few questions and styled a few different products in his hair. She then showed me something that would hold better with his hair type, this being a less expensive option but the appropriate choice. I was so touched by this tiny yet huge gesture she had taken by just engaging him and really focusing on his hair type. I don't know if I've ever written a review but I wanted to take a moment to recognize Porsha as a kind and caring employee at this store who understands the products she sells
