I’ve shopped this brand for years and I have never felt so uncomfortable. I had a facial and I just felt as if everyone was standing around staring at her do it.I couldn’t even relax but also one of the best I’ve ever had. The associates didn’t allow me to feel comfortable or at ease. Destiny and Brittany were extremely nice and helpful but, I will not be returning to this location.

I went in for a free scalp analysis and consultation. I could not have enjoyed it more! Myla took great care of me and thoroughly explained what products would best work for me. Between the tea (which is delicious), the products used, and the general vibe, this is the next best thing to a spa experience. Highly recommend—you’re in great care in Myla’s hands!

December 24th, 2023 my 11 year old daughter and I visited Aveda and I just wanted to say that the lovely sales associate Lily was extremely kind and treated my daughter as if she were an adult and I just really appreciated everything she did and think that was really sweet and kind of her. I really hope her managers know they have an outstanding person working for them and value her being a member of there sales team. This girl deserves a raise! Thank you Lily

My best friend was in the hospital having tests done and she had to have stickers on her head. The nurses put oil on her head and my friend couldn’t get the sticky stuff off her scalp. She showered twice and nothing helped. We came to Aveda to see if there was anything that could help. Reagen was working and she was AMAZING. She kept trying to come up with solutions for us. She gave us a sample of a scalp cleanse after I purchased more shampoo and conditioner. Reagen was so nice and I’m glad I asked for her name so I could write a review for her
