Love the products really you must them! Now to the cut and color; I got red done here and bought the color depositing shampoo and conditioner. I waited 3.5 days to wash. My color went really flat in 2.5 weeks. . . . very disappointing. I wash 3 days a week. I don't know why this happened. The cut was nice.

What a great place!! They gave me an oil for my birthday with a free facial! After my facial I was given a sample of everything they used during the facial and also some hair product samples too! They are so kind and gave me so many free things. Love them!

As a customer I love your products. My big negative is Aveda using UBER for delivery. I put in an order, with the correct address, and the driver had the wrong address and couldn't deliver it. From now on, I'll just use Amazon as they are much more reliable with or without ordering Aveda.

Hands down the best Aveda store I have ever shopped - and I’ve shopped a lot of Aveda stores (NYC, Chicago, Edina, Mall of America, Flat Irons, Park Meadows, Seattle, Portland, etc.,). The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. It feels good to be remembered and receive calls/emails directly from the store informing me about their exciting events. So glad I found this precious gem!
