had such a great experience with marcela! i made an appointment same day and got super lucky with her. she explained everything in depth and make excellent recommendations on how to take care of my hair. i also came in without much information on what i wanted, and she perfectly understood what i was looking for. can’t wait to have another appointment with her! :)

I had a wonderful experience with Dasha! She is incredibly professional, attentive, and talented. From the consultation to the final result, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and offered thoughtful recommendations based on her expertise. I want to start by saying that the salon management was very kind and handled my concerns with empathy, including issuing a refund, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the haircut itself was extremely upsetting for me. I have had bobs before and felt confident going into the appointment. I showed a reference photo and asked for a specific length, but my hair was cut at least 2-3 inches shorter than requested (which is INSANE for a bob) and the result looked nothing like what I asked for. It has now been about 2.5 weeks, and I still feel genuinely uncomfortable wearing my hair down. Ive been wearing it up worn a ton of hair pins. However, I feel genuinely upset about the result I received today and how the services were handled. This was my first time visiting the salon, and because of the very high reviews, my expectations were different. I came in for a haircut and a hair Botox treatment, both performed by the stylist Lacy. To make my concerns clearer, I am listing them below: • The hair Botox treatment was not applied by the stylist herself, nor was I given any explanation or walkthrough of the process. Since this is not a standard conditioning treatment, I expected some guidance on how it would be done and what to expect. • My haircut was not done the way I requested.
