Made an appointment the day before 11/7/19 for 12pm the next day, with (Mrs.Alva)for both a hair dye and highlights. It was for my mother. It was her birthday present, she had been waiting for a while. we arrived at 11:45am, and we waited till 12:55pm and no one had her number or contact information. Till another costumer had it by chance we called, and no answer texted and finally said “I can’t make it sorry” Over all the other lady who was working said she would at least do the hair cut. That was very nice and considerate since she had to leave because she doesn’t stay all day. The establishment is clean organized and had many things to offer as long as the workers show up on time to meet the appointments lined up for that day.
