I love this place. This is my very first experience in a co-working space and this is an amazing experience. Everyone are so respectful and I am so curious about what everyone is doing. Seams like so many great minds all at the same place. Soooo much better than working from home. The kitchen is beautiful and they have natural light everywhere from the ceiling. I can’t recommande this space enough❤️🍀❤️

Love working here when I need to get out of the house! It is a really clean, comfortable space that feels like being in your own high end office. Mike is always there to help with a smile on his face! Could not think of a more welcoming space to work in Marin.

As an Architect, I was happy to have an office space in the downtown city of San Rafael. There is a lot that can be said about the professional space and its flexible layout. AvantSpace is Clean, Open and well suited for the professional looking for a permanent office or a temporary space, for quick meetings, a brief coffee break or a place to sit and just get things done! Staff is friendly and professional as well. Highly recommended!

AvantSpace is a great co-working space in Marin! It has an SF vibe with a lot of great design details which feels very considered, including some nice meeting rooms. The people and staff are also very friendly, I worked there with full access while I was renovating my house and really enjoyed having a professional place to work away from home and could come at any time. If I get another WFH job, I definitely intend to go back.

For all my executive assistants who are looking for a fantastic co-working space to host off-site meetings, board meetings, confidential interviews and etc, you should consider AvantSpace-Marin for your next venue. The service is wonderful, and thank you, Mike, for the white glove service and taking care of all our needs for our meeting. Beautiful and modern environment that is spacious and quiet. I reserved the boardroom that was private but still spacious and inviting, and didn't feel closed in. Lovely lounge space + kitchen downstairs and access to beverages and snacks. It's a great use of space and a great addition to downtown San Rafael! Five stars!
