It took me five years, but I’ve finally found my salon! After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I came to Avanti feeling pretty deflated—especially with the holidays and my birthday right around the corner. My color was horrible, my hair was fried! Nancy worked her magic with a color correction, and the results were absolutely amazing. She also recommended products that have immediately made a difference. From the moment I walked into Avanti, Bill, Jo, and Nancy were welcoming, professional, and truly listened to my concerns. I felt heard, cared for, and confident I was in the right place. I have been having my hair done by Jo (Josephine - owner) for 9 years now. I started going to her when she was at Studio Gabriel and couldn’t be happier for her now that she has opened her beautiful new salon, Avanti. She is experienced, really good at what she does, pays attention to what you want, and makes me feel like a million bucks every time I leave her. She has also become a friend (and probably knows more of my secrets than my husband!). Her other stylists are equally great. If you want a professional, up-to-date clean, caring, experienced, super salon on the island, this is the place!

I discovered Avanti Salon through a friend of mine about 5 months ago. The atmosphere and the people are warm, friendly, and inviting. Jo is amazing. I came to her with damaged, washed out blonde hair and she revived me. I now have beautiful, healthy, red hair which i absolutely love 😊😊😊
