I had a great experience at this salon today. While I was initially concerned about the length of my wait, the front desk team immediately noticed and stepped in to resolve it. They quickly arranged for me to see another experienced stylist and generously comped the service. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. The staff was attentive and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. I will definitely be recommending this salon to friends and colleagues — and I feel confident sending my wife there as well. I’m also looking forward to trying their deep tissue massage therapy in the future

As someone who has never been a hair person, Avant (specifically Nicole) has been instrumental in me finding the confidence that a good hair cut can bring. I have been working with Nicole for years. She has helped me achieve my adventurous style of a bleach blonde bob (and the slow progression of getting there) and even when I wanted to add hot pink to it. When I determined the maintenance of that didn’t align with my lifestyle, she helped me transition back to my natural hair color. She was even there when I decided I wanted bangs! Recently, she gave me layers when I told her to do what she thought would look good (again, she has been working with me for years, so she new my level of maintenance and knowledge…so please don’t ask a stylist this on your first visit 😂). Had a hair appt for an updo for a wedding I was attending. Nicole was incredible! She was kind, listened to what I wanted and did a fabulous job on my hair. It held all night. I would 10 out of 10 recommend her!

I usually go to Avant but this was my first experience in the new location. I felt very welcomed by the receptionist. I have limitations and she went out of her way to assist me. My stylist was fantastic and did exactly what I wanted and made my hair look great! Love the upgrades and service!
