Avant Garde Total Wellness Centers

I came to Avant Garde Total Wellness Centers for a manual lymphatic drainage massage. Bob was a wealth of knowledge on my condition and made me feel confident in the procedure. I will update this review once I can speak more of the effects but I am sure I will know soon. The massage was relaxing and every detail was attended to. There is plenty of parking and the entrance is a side door (which leads down stairs to the office) just off the parking lot. Definitely worth a try if you need the benefits of a MLD massage.

I bought a Groupon to try a lymphatic massage for the first time and I loved it ! Not only am I a yoga instructor, knowledgable on the importance of proper lymphatic drainage, I’m a cancer survivor. I felt wonderful after my first session. I’ll def be back. I highly recommend !

The technique was incredibly gentle yet surprisingly effective. Definitely a must for post surgical healing. The therapist’s knowledge and calming presence made the whole experience even better. Truly a great massage. Robert is able to work out all my knots without leaving sore muscles afterwards. Which in itself it's a tall order for a deep tissue massage. And the infrared sauna is so relaxing. Highly recommend!
