I hate going to a place to spend my hard earned money where the employees have nasty attitudes and terrible customer service. Especially if I’m not giving you attitude. Ricky is very rude and this place is very over priced. I was charged $75 for a simple full set. When I returned for a fill, I was told it would be $60. I was going to go ahead with the fill and told Ricky I wanted my nails cut down a little to match the length that they originally were when I got my full set he tells me $60 for cut down, so I say “never mind, leave them the same length.” He then says “it’ll be the same price $60.” So I ask how if you’re charging me $60 to cut them down, and now I no longer want them cut down?” He says “because it’s the same price.” I really needed to get my fill taken care of so I proceed.

I’ve spent a lot on money on my nails and have recommended multiple ppl to come to this salon but today tipped the iceberg. I recently got my nails done and my middle fingernail cracked. I walked in to ask for assistance, and they said they could not help me and that I would have to wait for the nail tech who done my nail to come back to work. I explained to the owner that my nail was cracked and she said unfortunately, I still can’t help you. Crazy work! All that to say, if you do it to someone joy for you, however, if you do run into an issue with your Nails after just expect not to get the service you need unless You’re a tech is there. 🤦🏽‍♀️

My experience here is usually exceptional but this time I was highly disappointed in the service me and my cousin received. I usually come here for a pedicure and I received an acrylic full set one time before which all went well so, when I came in Tuesday I was appalled at the service I received. This time I came in to get a soak off and a Jelly pedicure with gel polish French tip. My pedicure went okay. I had to compromise on my design as the lady who did the acrylic on my big toes put an ugly natural tip one of my big toes so I wasn’t able to get French tip on my big toes which ok fine no biggie I’ll just do a solid color on my big toes and French tip the rest. My soak off on the other hand was terrible. Initially she tried to just rip the acrylic off with a nail tip which hurt so bad.

I was new to the area when I found Avalon nails and they have exceeded my expectations. The salon is clean and very well kept. I have acrylic on my nails and get gel manicures. The attention to detail and making sure they are smooth and even guarantees a great looking manicure. Appointments are easy to get and schedule. They also offer gift certificates which I have bought several of for gifts and everyone was very pleased with the services they received. I would highly recommend this salon. 5⭐

my nail lifted after 1 week. when i came in the girl in chair #1 said she couldnt fix it unless i knew the exact color. had i known my nail would lift after 1 week i would have paid more attention to the colors. i found the color by searching for it myself and she proceeded to rush through fixing my nail. she left gunk under it and did not shape it correctly. for $85 this is disappointing. this was my go to spot but they have gotten lazy.
