I had come for a few years and initially they were more attentive and strived for good looking details. It kept me coming for a long while. However, my last visits had them progressively more distracted, chat excessively with co workers, answer their personal phone DURING the haircut, and appear to rush the cuts below their usual standards. The absolute last time I visited was after I was left an accidentally shaved BALD spot that I was told nothing about. I was shocked. I won't ever risk their possibly minimally okay hair cuts again.

You going to have to wait almost 2 hours js for a haircut

No customer service whatsoever and was not even acknowledged until asked if someone was available

Great service..all the time every time. I have 4 boys and we're always satisfied
