Brandi's massages are incomparable. Her vast knowledge of the body and genuine desire to help heal have tremendously aided in my recovery. Whatever your journey - health, fitness, relaxation, or therapeutic - Brandi is the best, and her studio is lovely!

Brandi is great! If you have any hesitance about starting yoga she’s great to start with. She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if you are starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Brandi has the experience and compassion to help with wherever you are at in your practice. Her expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor! She uses that perception to help students to correct & improve techniques while also catering individual plans to achieve individual goals throughout each session. Brandi is truly amazing, I cannot say anything that isn’t positive about her. She cares so much about her yoga family, teaching correct poses, knowledgeable about her practice, and loves her studio. When I started as a beginner, she taught me every move and now I’m able to flow. This studio is amazing for anyone who is wanting to start out, exercise, advanced, or just wanting to learn calming exercises. If you ever been hesitant about yoga, don’t be anymore because this studio is truly amazing.

I would rate Autumn Moon's as a top yoga studio among the studios I've attended across the country. Brandi is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the human body and really helps you to know what you are working on in each pose. The stretch class is possibly my favorite class ever, and the one I look forward to the most every week.
