Autumn Hair and Nails Spa

I was a client of the beautiful Jenny and I started going to her daughter after her passing and everything was going good for a while then I noticed I’m sitting 20 and 30 minutes past my appointment time for her to finish other people and also I recently tried to book an appointment and I noticed I wouldn’t get a response so I’ll text a few more times not that I didn’t get a response so my roommate texts for appointment from her number which is a different number and she got a response in less than five minutes. I just feel like if you didn’t want to do my lashes anymore or had some type of problem and I have not ever known it ever to be a problem. It’s always been good vibes. I feel like she should’ve been woman enough to tell me.

I can't tell anyone how to grieve after a passing of a love one. Jenny ( owner) you still didn't treat my mom right. My mom was a client of your mother for many years. I'm sure your mom wouldn't approve how you treated my mom.

My daughter and I had an appointment with Jenny, made 3 weeks in advance for a trip. We arrived and after checking in the book the young lady called and we were told she tried to get a hold of us. I went back through my voicemails and text messages, there was nothing from her canceling. Our names were still in the book so nobody cancelled there. If we would have been given advance notice, we could have been scheduled some place else. I believe it's just a horrible way to conduct business and even though I went to her on a referral, we will not ever utilize her services, and recommend that no one else do so.

I went here to get a mani & pedicure.... my feet got done & I waa satisfied but the nail tech who did my nails couldn't even do a simple design that I'd settled for from their art on the wall. After failing to do what I'd wished I told her to do a design she was comfortable with & she say there responding "I don't feel like doing a design today" the management say to the side & barely said anything we sat there looking at each other for about 20mins before I asked for a refund & another tech did something simple but I left unsatisfied being charged 50$. This place was horrible I would never recommend anyone to go there
