I booked an appointment with them and yes, I confirmed!!! I showed up this morning and they would not take me blaming me saying that I did not confirm my appointment. They even argued with me and said they left me a message and called me twice. No that did not happen.Go somewhere else ladies and get your lashes done and save yourself the disappointment and grief I won’t be back thanks so much

I have made an appointment for Special Aurum facial which shows online with a stone massage included, but lady who does my facial she was very unprofessional she didn’t have done massage properly at all, I was waiting for hot stone she had not done that too, ones she has done i asked her online it shows it will be provided and she said oh no mam you should have told me if you want it wait for 5 mins. She knew that her job done was very unprofessional not completed anything which i did book my facial for. Im will not recommend going there again.

I had such a pleasant experience getting my eyebrows threaded here! The woman who threaded my eyebrows was very detail oriented and was very gentle. After threading my eyebrows she gave me a massage with cooling gel in the area, which was an added plus! This will now be my go-to place for eyebrow threading in the Sacramento area.

Had my first ever facial today for my birthday and it was awesome and extremely relaxing. Everyone was very welcoming and the atmosphere was great! I’ll definitely be coming back and might even make it a monthly thing because it was so good. My face was so soft and absolutely glowing afterwards! :D

I had a very luxurious experience with my facial! It was so relaxing, complete with a neck and shoulder massage at the end. My skin feels new and so smooth! There is relaxing spa music and a nice smelling candle in the room too. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and there are even complementary snacks and drinks!
