Aura Shine Sound + Wellness Studio

I recently had a Reiki and sound healing session at Aura Shine Sound + Wellness Studio and it was an exceptional experience. The space that Ben has created feels intentional, calming, and thoughtfully designed for true restoration. My session combined Reiki and sound bowls, and the experience was deeply grounding from start to finish. Chai led the sound portion with a steady, gentle presence that made it easy to fully let go. Within minutes I could feel my nervous system soften. I left feeling clear, restored, and noticeably more regulated instead of wired and overstimulated. Had a sound journey with Ben. It was amazing, the huge anxiety that I constantly carry just disappeared. I shake a lot and I stopped shaking half way through the session! That's a first for me. The ambiance is perfect, sound, temperature, sight, and smell. Left with a smile and feeling rejuvenated. Definitely will recommend and coming back 💯
