I went to get my nails done with my best friend at Baby Mama Nail Tech, and we both had the best experience! 💕 Baby Mama and Lily were so welcoming, friendly, and professional. They made us feel comfortable right away and the vibe was amazing. They were very detail-oriented and took their time to make sure our nails were perfect. The shaping, designs, and overall finish were flawless. We both left so happy with our nails and have been getting so many compliments! Aura always gets my nails right! I went in with an idea for my St. Patrick’s Day double-line cat eye set and they absolutely nailed it. Every time I go, the service is fast, clean, and professional, and the whole team is just great people who truly care about their work. What I love most is that I can bring in my inspiration and they do their absolute best to bring the vision to life so I walk out happy every time. That kind of attention to detail and customer care makes all the difference. Huge shoutout to my nail tech Hellen — she is amazing! But honestly, the whole team at Aura does incredible work. I went today for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. I am a fairly new customer as I have only been once or twice prior to this visit. When I left I was happy with the service and everything seemed well. I noticed, upon entering the salon, that there was a very large sign offering 15% off to veteran’s, students, and teachers. Upon checking out, I asked if this was extended to nurses and was told “no, we do not offer discounts to nurses.” It turns out, they did have a 15% discount offered to all customers Monday- Wednesday thru march 11th. This was offered on their Facebook page. This was extremely disappointing and I felt taken advantage of. Oh wow! Our first visit was amazing! I wish Aura Nail Bar had a location near me in Sherman. I picked up my daughter on Nov 16th for her birthday and decided to try Aura Nail Bar in Forney. We walked in and the place is huge and very bright as you will see in the pictures. With the walls of Nail colors it does look like a bar. We waited maybe 10 minutes which is understandable. The manager/ owner was so courteous and professional. He welcomed us, apologized for the wait and showed us where to sit. When we sat down for our services, the chairs were so comfortable! Where I normally go, I am offered water, wine or a soda. Here we were offered water, soda, wine and even mixed drinks. I opted for wine and my daughter a cocktail. The clients around us were also drinking cocktails. I
