I love that she keeps her services so innovative and is always offering and trying new services. Whenever she features a new service, I'm always eager to sign up to try it. I love that she directly trains all of her new injectors. I never have any issues when I see one of her new injectors. It was my first experience at this med spa and getting something done in general- so I was a bit nervous but everyone at this med spa was so welcoming and nice!! YooJin was my injector and she was incredibly sweet, patient and knowledgeable. She listened to me when I stated I wanted my lips to look natural but still have some volume- and didn’t pressure me to add more. Since this was my first experience I actually suffered a vasovagal episode and she was so calm and helped me recover 🫣 YooJin walked me through the whole process, especially after care. I think it would be nice if there was some sort of automated email that provides you with after care based on what you got done - because im forgetful, but YooJin didn’t once look annoyed when I asked her to repeat the after care steps so I c
