Massage and customer service were so good that I signed up for a membership! My therapist today was Jannele. She did deep pressure while staying attentive to my body language. She listened to my needs and focused exactly where I asked. Rare to find these days. Thank you!

Let me start out by saying the massage therapist I go to here is absolutely amazing. My issue is with their billing. I was incorrectly billed for something and didn't find out until I went to close the account 2 years later. Rather than refund my credit card Aura massage just dumped the charge into my account. I called and was told it would be looked into by a manager. 2 weeks go by and no call. I called and left a message. No call back. I call today and the manager stated she would contact her manager again. I get a call back about an hour later that nothing can be done even though I was charged without my knowledge. For this simple fact I would absolutely stay away from this place. Once again we have another business that does not understand customer service and does not care about makin

Some of the worst experiences I’ve ever had At this place. I’ve been canceled on over three times an hour before my appointment. I canceled my membership so they give me credit on my account and then they don’t even give me the correct amount of credit I had to call and speak to a manager for them to fix it. Then I was running 10 minutes behind on my appointment I told them that if I can still complete the massage and then just subtract the time from me being late and the receptionist was very rude saying no their mind was already made up..

Had an amazing facial at Aura Massage. Super relaxing, professional, and my skin feels fresh and is glowing. Loved the vibe and care, definitely coming back!
