I have shopped at this location since they opened, but after yesterday I will never shop there again!. I used my debit card (the card has debit on the front) The older man asked for my ID. I told him it’s a debit card. He raised his voice and was extremely rude and told me no pin, ID. I told him he didn’t have to be rude to tell me that. He continues to get be loud and rude. Telling me I was rude first. Then tells me customers always rude. I told him without us he wouldn’t have a business. He continued to be rude and loud even when I showed my ID and asked him to continue with my transaction. I was never rude to him or raised my voice. The selection of wigs and lashes is one of a kind. You can't go wrong when stopping by the Augusta Beauty Outlet, they have everything you need in this place except a bite to eat.

I purchased about $90 worth of items from this location during the morning. One of the products that I purchased (Gummy Gel) was expired. I did not know the gel was expired at the time of purchase. Once I opened the gel the consistency was not like the usual product it was runny and not solid. I would not have known the product was expired if I did not open the sealed product. The gel was unused. I took the gel back to the store the same day I purchased it for an exchange of a unexpired item. The store owner told me that there were no refunds or exchanges on hair products. She pointed to a sign of no refunds or exchanges. I tried to explain that the product was expired.
