Today I had the pleasure of getting a Brazilian wax from Audrey O’Hara, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. After not having a wax for years, I was naturally a bit apprehensive, but Audrey's kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, Audrey’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel comfortable. She engaged in great conversation, which helped distract me and ease any nerves I had. I scheduled a shellac pedicure with Audrey. When I arrived she asked my name and stated she forgot. She then informed me she forgot her lamp at home so she could only do regular polish or I could reschedule. I wasted my time going to her place. She could have easily called or texted me instead to save me a trip. This was my first experience with her and I am extremely disappointed. I have an upcoming trip that I now need to find someone else in time to do my pedicure. I would definitely not recommend her.

Audrey was wonderful! This was my first experience with a Brazilian wax, and she made me very comfortable! I also loved the fact that she wants it to be perfect, and took the time to make sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving! I will definitely be coming back!!

Audrey is professional, down to earth and is so helpful. It shows that she truly cares about her clients and providing the best experience possible. Awesome experience! Audrey was conversational and professional during my wax and went above and beyond for me! She clearly knew what she was doing and made me comfortable during what can very well be an uncomfortable experience.
