I love the authentic atmosphere and attitude of staff. My hair is SLAYED. She did a wonderful job! Update: SHE DID MY WEDDING LOOK!! Absolutely STUNNING!! This woman touched my heart after I saw my hair. We all cried. She did amazing!

I take my kids. She is very good at her craft. She cares and instructs you as well on care for your hair. She doesn't just do her job she knows and feels it. That you don't find every day. Thank you💪🏾👏🏾

Au naturale is a great place for locs. Scheduleing was easy on their site with a decent time window. The hair stylist works fast and she's great with her hands. Just be sure to stay on top of your hair. They can get passionate about disarray, I definitely know better now 😆. They even have their own hair products as well. Payment methods are cash and cashapp. Overall it's worth it, I recommend!

At first, I wasn't sure how to take the owner over the phone. She seemed sort of nonchalant and rude. But, I'm a huge believer in, "not judging a book by its cover." So, I decided to visit the place. My family and I have loved this place and the staff ever since. After struggling for months to find a decent and efficient place around Omaha & Bellevue, NE - we branched out into Kansas City, MO and found Au Naturale. Since then, we have made it a family vacation to travel down 2 1/2 hours to receive the awesome service the staff of this place provides - from the washing and styling our hair - to the belly laughs and wonderful conversations. The place simply feels like home and the music is awesome! Check them out!

I will NEVER recommend or receive services through this business. I would leave zero stars if I could. I initially called to ask if a loc consultation was needed for loc extensions, and no one answered the phone. Eventually, someone reached out via text, which I was perfectly fine with, and informed me that I needed a consult. I booked a virtual consult through their website, and when the day and time came to have the consult, I received no call or message. I decided to text the business number to follow up, and no one replied. I understand being busy, overbooking, or just life happens, but not responding to a potential customer to at the very least update them is VERY unprofessional and inexcusable in my eyes.
