Had a wash and cut yesterday. She repeatedly commented for 45 minutes about how botched my last haircut was and I left feeling put down and embarrassed. She made over 10 comments about it. Not productive comments or recommendations, just going on and on about how it was so obviously messed up. Women go to the salon to feel beautiful and pampered, not to have you berrate them about their hair for the whole session. I get that y'all do hair for a living, but the hair is on MY head. It made what usually is a decent experience into a horrible experience, and I will not be returning to schedule with this stylist. She also hacked half my hair off my head. It looked fine before she thinned half of it off. I wish I didn't go, it was a waste of my time and money, and I left fighting tears.

SIERRA WILL DO YOU RIGHT!! I did a huge chop, from past my shoulders to a pixie. I showed her three pics from the last time I cut my hair and she recreated it perfectly. She's super easy to talk to and was super easygoing (even though I showed up 10 minutes late). I took a chance going to this salon and they didn't disappoint. Pretty affordable too and I was out of there in 30 minutes. (I'm on the right)

I highly recommend Sierra! I have been in the area for a few years and have had my hair colored by a few other stylist and was not close to what I had expected or asked for. Sierra exceeded my expectations and I could not have been happier. I absolutely love my new hairstyle and love that I finally found an extremely professional, attentive, and friendly hairstylist!!!

If you need a stylist for anything I highly recommend Sierra! She's incredible and always does an incredible job! I've been going to her for about 2.5 years now and before her I wouldn't let anyone touch my hair more than once. I couldn't imagine going to anyone else now!
