Well I purchased from Groupon, for my wife as a gift, … So this salon and I set a date for Thursday May 1, 2025 Tuesday she stated she had a family emergency, so I asked when can she do it… stated she would get back to me and NEVER DID until I contacted her to ask if I can reschedule for another day Tuesday May 6, 2025, she told me she could do as early as 8 am on that day, because my wife has multiple sclerosis she couldn’t bet her that early because of her routine of breakfast then medication , so I told her I could bring her around 10 am, then she texted back for me to ask Groupon for a refund VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My wife really wanted to get her hair done before Mother’s Day 2025, when I expressed that all this stylist could say was “Get a refund” I’ll spread the word to never do busin
Tasha was very professional, timely and very energetic. I was taken care of with great care. I used the Groupon special and it was worth it!
