Did not get a haircut before I left for vacation & found this spot in San Clemente. The atmosphere is great, people are very friendly & the service was definitely on point! Cash only, but there is an ATM inside to use or you can also use Venmo. Call & book your next haircut with Alex, he’ll take care of ya👍 10/10 would get my ears lowered again at the Atomic Barbershop.

I decided to try something new after being with the same hairstylist for over ten years, which is no small commitment. I came across Atomic Barbershop and after reading the reviews, the talent, vibe, and consistency people kept mentioning really stood out. I booked an appointment with AJ and went for a tapered fade with more length on top. The moment I walked in, I loved the real retro San Clemente feel of the shop. It has personality, character, and zero cookie cutter barbershop energy. Different from what I was used to, but in the best possible way. AJ absolutely knocked it out of the park. He was relaxed, confident, and genuinely personable. At no point did I feel unsure or second guess the process. You can immediately tell he is a true professional who knows exactly what he is doing.

I have been getting my hair cut by Marcus at Atomic Barbershop for a little over a year now, and I refuse to go anywhere else! I can tell that every barber takes pride in their work and seems to enjoy working there. The vibes are positive and uplifting and I can genuinely say I look forward to my haircut every time because I know I'll be walking out looking fresh and in a better mood than when I walked in!

Lived in SC for over 12 years and tried several barbers. Wanted a more reliable cut but not at salon prices. AJ and his team are welcoming and efficient. Cash-only a bit annoying. After 2 years, I highly recommend this place. BOOKING: easy to reserve online with many time slots free if you book at least two days in advance; cancel anytime INTERIOR: normal size for a barbershop; video game console for the kids LOCATION: tucked nicely in the Los Molinos district; quick access from the freeway and much easier than downtown PARKING: small lot right in front but I always find a place

Great men’s haircut spot. Clean shop, friendly barbers, and consistently solid cuts. They actually listen to what you want and take their time instead of rushing you out the chair. Easygoing vibe and professional results. I’ll definitely be back.
