I frequented this establishment several times prior to the lockdown. Overall, it was pretty good service with a few snafus here and there. I am giving this rating because I came to find out they were charging my insurance company close to $400 for a massage, which is ludicrous. On top of that, I was paying my copay. My insurance company overpaid them on a claim, and when I called the owner to discuss this (I was held responsible for the difference) she didn’t call me back. Complete change in behavior since they called me constantly to book an appointment because they knew I had insurance that would pay for the massages. This was completely unethical - not only not returning my calls but charging insurance that much for a massage.

This was a Christmas gift for a friend. It was supposed to include an hour massage and a salt room experience. When my friend went to redeem the groupon she was not automatically brought to the salt room (which she mentioned when making the appointment) so she left and called me. When I called the facility they told me to tell her to go back. When she went back she was told that the salt room was not working. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NOT THE PROPER WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. This review is pertaining to the location on Terry Road.

I have been going here for years. Great staff, Dorothy is always accommodating and everyone has been great. Today I had Connie and she was amazing!

Atlantis is great for medical message. Massage therapist Denise, Peter and Norma are excellent. I highly recommend them.
