Black Owned Beauty Supply store!! Let me say that again, Black Owned Beauty Supply Store!!! This is a family owned business and they know what they're doing. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about all the products. Great selection of Black owned products. Very welcoming atmosphere and they can meet everyone's needs here. Prices are reasonable.

Customer service is very horrible. We were the only customers in there and she would rather sit behind the counter on the phone talking about bringing someone here instead of welcoming her customers. She only waited until we were leaving out to ask if we need any help can’t do business with people like that that is not professional has no common sense of what customer service is

Very friendly and helpful service! I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. Store was organized and clean. Lots of options for extensions (and misc. Items like nail polish and sunglasses) Prices were reasonable. I definitely plan to come back and highly recommend

I rarely write reviews about Black-owned businesses, but after several disappointing experiences here, I feel compelled to share. On multiple visits, I’ve encountered poor customer service—particularly from the two young women working there. Their attitudes are unwelcoming, they offer little to no assistance, and they don’t even acknowledge customers during checkout. Because of this consistent lack of professionalism, I will no longer support this business. My hope is that future patrons choose to spend their hard-earned money in places where respect and quality service are a priority.

Visited store today: 7/14/25 Cons- Reasons why I only gave two stars: - Price discrepancy online vs in store. When asked about the price difference, I was informed that the website is down and has been for awhile as I was showing sales associate the actual website live on my phone. Then the next response was "oh well we have updated our website awhile ago and the website was down for a few months so the new prices didn't update on the new site." - No apologies for the price difference nor an offer to adjust the price given the discrepancy as a one time courtesy. - Lack professionalism and courtesy. - Recommend calling the store to get pricing prior to making a trip to the store as the website is incorrect.
