The place is clean, professional, and has a great vibe. This is honestly hard to write because Jeff is awesome, and my experience with him was very positive. Unfortunately, he is no longer directly involved in my care. The staff overall was professional and friendly, and scheduling was generally easy. However, I felt that my care eventually focused more on whether my lab “numbers looked good” rather than how I was actually feeling physically and mentally. After switching providers and undergoing more comprehensive testing, I discovered a deeper underlying issue that had not been previously identified. I wish there had been a more thorough, root-cause approach earlier in my care.
