Athens Medical Massage

I have routinely been getting massages as recovery from a recent injury. Megan is so WONDERFUL! Her thoroughness and practice has helped TREMENDOUSLY and I would highly recommend!

Nikki is AMAZING!! I’ve been scheduling appointments with her for years. She has provided me with relaxing, feel good massages as well as the massages that bring relief from pain and discomfort. Sometimes we chat and sometimes it’s quiet - she seems to follow whatever I am in the mood for. A friend of mine moved away from the area and she still says she cannot find a massage therapist as good as Nikki. I am grateful to still be able to book my appointments with her.

I really hate having to write a negative review, but as I had such an abnormal experience today at this establishment and I am unable to find an email address to send this to instead, it felt necessary. It seems everyone else has had very positive experiences about Athens Medical Massage, and I certainly don't believe my review should negate those. It's possible I simply caught my massage therapist on a bad day. However, the lack of communication and the unprofessional treatment I received today from my massage therapist was borderline distressing. I have had several deep tissue massage treatments in order to help with shoulder and neck pain, and I have never had such a lack of communication. Excellent service. I was lucky to get an appointment on the same day. Nicole was exceptional and I left feeling so much better. I'll definitely be back. I am always fortunate to get a same day appointment. I really needed a massage and Nate put me on their wait list and sent me text that a spot opened up after work with Nicole and it just what I needed. They really made my day!! Thank you!!!!!!

Today, I had an absolutely amazing massage from Leila. It was hands down, one of the best massages ever. No surprise, as myself and my wife have both had excellent massages from both Leila and Aaron over the last couple of years. Highly recommend!
