LILLY is the best! I always go in and ask for her. She is so good at nails and always knows what I like. She makes sure I relax and enjoy my time. Lilly treats her clients very well and makes sure everything is good for you. I came here six months ago and have not went any where else since. Thank you LILLY!

Tracy, Phiona, Linda, and Andy are great! They are very nice and accommodating. It's a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend

I got a refill yesterday, i normally go to Tracy but she was with another client so Andy was available. Never had him touch my nails before, and the experience i had was horrible. He is super rough, he cut me and rushed my set. I paid $70 for a refill!!!! I HAVE NEVER PAID THIS MUCH BEFORE! I have chips, the color is patchy, and i pulled acrylic and clear coat off my skin when i got in the car. I told him he was cutting me and started laughing, i told him that he was burning me and started laughing. I didnt complain because the place was full and ive heard stories previously that they dont do refunds and arent so polite. I was done before the lady who was already sitting there. The lady next to me was getting her nails buffed and shaped, ready to be painted after and I was already washing

Went in today for a fill and they wanted $70 which was already a red flag because I’ve only ever paid $45. The I wanted black French, and I asked them for a full brand new set of black French, it was $75. I said that’s defeats the purpose of a fill. Got a “soak off” and my natural nail was destroyed…. They didn’t put aluminum foil around my nails instead they soaked my nails for five minutes, filed them with the electric nail drill and then also with a nail file, and repeated this process 4-5 times till my nails hurt. Immediately walked over to the next nail salon and they also confirmed this ruined my nail and could not believe this. My nail is very thin now, broken, and they feel hot. I used to come here and really like Linda she’s nice. but never again. For the amount of money they wan
