At Ease Therapeutic Massage

It’s been a rough year for me. Stress at work and then losing both of my grandparents and other life challenges I’m facing. I thought it was time for me to think of myself for a change. I scheduled a massage not even thinking how much I needed it until I found Lisa. She is fantastic. Highly recommend scheduling a massage with her. I left feeling so much better and a lot less stress. I wish I can explain exactly my experience but more the reason for anyone to book that massage and find out yourself. I will Definitely be coming back with a longer appointment. Thank you Lisa! Had my first appointment today with Ms. Lisa and OMG!!!!! It was absolutely wonderful!!! I felt like I was melting into the massage table. She had gifted hands. She was able to relieve so much tension in my spine, feet, and neck! I haven’t had a migraine all day!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I can’t wait to schedule my next appointment!!!!!

One of the best therapeutic places in Middle GA for massage to get out of pain. I only come here when the tension in my neck, shoulder blades and back have knots in them causing terrible cluster migraines. I try to get in before but I sometimes put it off for too long. But they always get me set back right to where I can breathe and the headaches and pain subsides for several months. Staff is always professional and willing to go above and beyond to help their patients and recommend the proper tratment to help you get out of pain or to just relax (not a word in my vocabulary, haha). Thank you all for your years of treatment, especially Heather! You're awesome!

Tried out the Restorative Aerial Yoga class with Kate twice! Already she has my heart and is my favorite yoga instructor ever 💖 She carries the best genuine energy and is so knowledgeable if you have any questions and helpful when you need her during any poses. 20/10 experience and I will forever be returning for her classes 🥰 I also have to mention how amazing the At Ease staff is as a collective! They genuinely love and care about their clients. Forever and always, they will be the best of the best! 💖

I have been calling for 2 days, yet no one has returned my call. The website says the hours are 7:30am-6:00pm on Monday. Yet I arrived at 9:04 am and the place is CLOSED. UPDATE: Haley returned my call and advised they didn’t offer the service I was requesting. I would recommend they update their business hors to match what’s listed on the website.
