I asked the nail lady how much for long French tip she said 60$ I showed her another set she said 70$ . The only difference with the sets is the nails has a line French tip and then the other set is the (U) french tip. I ended up picking the original (U) french tips they was that was long fir 60$. While adding acrylic the tec mentioned 5$ for the regular square shape lmao I ain’t never pay for square anywhere. That’s it’s original shape!!! Then she said 5$ for the type of nail tips. I called 5 minutes before arriving, they said they only had 1 person I come to the store 4 people were being serviced. They “mistakenly” glued nail tips on my little sister after I called and voiced multi times she’s not getting acrylic she just getting Gel nail polish with designs. They tried to blame me ! They take no accountability for their mistakes! It took 10 minutes just for them two remove the fake tips. The lady that was doing my 9 year olds little sister nails kept trying to keep the fake tips on and ended up cutting my little sister’s real nails in the process. Her nails were not supposed to be cut that short! And her gluing the nail tip on her nails and not wanting to remove them so they can “charge extra” and make money is crazy. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY DOUBLE FOR LESS . Wish I could give 0 stars!!!. I came in and requested a Gel pedicure (white) . I asked how much it is she said $40 and $65 for a spa pedicure that she kept tying to get me to do and I kept saying no. I’ve been her multiple times and the towels are disgusting they look like they went under a lawn mower. My big toe nails are cracked and I decided to just do a clear coat pedicure to preserve the nail. After rushing through the service not even 20 minutes no cuticle softener was used and neither was a file or a buffer!!!! They soaked my feet in water and put no bath salts. I have toe nails for nails on my fingers. Chemical burn on the back of my leg from the pedicure cream that has acid in it to soften calloused feet and the wax was left on my eyebrows. This was the first time that I’ve been here in over two years and I’m never going back again. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t have time to get it fixed cause I had to get to class.
