Asula Wellness Center

The chiropractor and physical therapist are nice and welcoming but not the front desk. I was driving 40 minutes to get here but the massage therapist called out sick in the morning. I received a text but didn’t check in until I get to the center. I feel lack of communication from the front desk or reception. It can be called to the client or better way to reach out if there’s an urgent call out situation. I did feel a couple of the front desk isn’t very patient and polite while I make a few next appointments for my families. I hope this can be improved for the future.

Dr. Laila has a very specific gift. Her knowledge extends so far beyond chiropractic care, and she creates such a safe space for children. My 3 year old has struggled with constipation and digestion his whole life and besides her hands on care, she has given us some great tools to help him! He always leaves with a burst of energy. So lucky to have found her!!

Dr. Shannon Robertson has been my sleuthing partner after multiple car accidents. She remains kind, curious, interested, generous, knowledgable and incredibly personable. I feel cared about and safely provided with care and resources that match my personal needs. I am in good hands and always feel that Asula wellness hires very special Chiropractic assistants that provide thoughtful, tender and present care. The front desk staff are kind and helpful and I LOVE THIS PRACTICE... it is worth the wait if there is one...

I am so incredibly thankful I found Asula. Dr. Cruz and the team are amazing. So are the receptionists. They handle insurance with ease. I went to Asula for sciatica late in pregnancy. I have continued to go for back/neck pain and pain in my hand/wrist. I cannot recommend them enough!

This was such a great experience. I was nervous to receive care because I am in an acute stage (pain, swelling). But I knew I needed to see a chiropractor and get started. I worked with Dr. Shannon Robertson in the Lake Oswego clinic. It was all around a wonderful client experience- and I had significant relief of symptoms later in the day, an outcome I was not expecting. I would highly recommend Dr. Robertson and this clinic.
