Joyce did a wonderful job on my gel x nails for my upcoming wedding! I was having a hard time deciding what design I wanted and she pulled up some examples to give me ideas. We settled on an airbrushrd ombre look with some cute pearls lining my two ring fingers. She really took her time making sure it came out nice for my big day. The space was also really clean and comfortable. Would recommend and return!

Most Beautiful New Nail Salon & Great Service I stopped by Astr Nail after my hair appointment next door just to check out the new nail salon, and I was honestly amazed the moment I walked in. The interior design is beautiful and very well thought out—the owner clearly has great taste. It’s easily one of the nicest nail salons in Diamond Bar and nearby areas. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Jojo and Jessica. I told them I was only looking around and might come back another day, but they were very welcoming and offered to help me right away. It was around 5:30 PM on a rainy Saturday, and I really appreciated how kind and hospitable they were to a first-time customer. They brought me to a brand-new, super comfortable spa chair and got everything ready quickly. Jojo worked

Love the new salon space! Went in first thing in the morning on a Saturday. Great service, waited a few minutes for Crystal to get set up which allowed me to time to look at colors. I followed Crystal to new Diamond Bar location best decision. Crystal is my favorite she always helps me pick the right design and gives me the best advice when it comes to color choices. I broke my finger months ago and it ruined my nail and she has always been super knowledgeable with how to treat it and is always very gentle. This is my most favorite design so far! Was in and out just in time to attend a wedding.

Thought I’d found a cheaper nail salon closer to my home that does quality work. WRONG. What I found is another unethical business taking money unnecessarily which means stealing in my book. I’ve gotten my gel-x full set and gel pedicure done here 3-4 times. Yesterday I had a 5:30pm appointment and apparently the shop closes at 7pm. The girl at the reception desk came over and told me she had to close the register (it was close to or after 7pm) and asked how I would like to pay. I told her Tap and she brought me an itemized list of charges and the final cost ($165 for full set with designs and pedicure using my own nail polish, top and bottom coat). The last itemized charge was $15 Add on so I asked what was the add on when I was charged for the full set, removal, pedicure, designs and so

I’ve been to this salon about four times. The first time, they gave me a full gel-X toe set, but the nails were shaped like “duck feet” and didn’t follow my natural nail beds — a basic skill every licensed nail tech is taught. I gave them more chances because this salon is closest to my house and they work fast. My next two sets were fine, but my most recent set was extremely disappointing. One of my gel-X tips had come off, so I replaced it with press-on nail glue. It’s common knowledge that press-on glue can come off from a small hit, acetone, or hot water. The technician agreed to my requested service, which they normally offer. But instead of doing it properly, she buffed down the press-on nail and tried to place a gel-X tip on top. I had to stop her and explain why it wouldn’t work.
