I had a very unpleasant experience at this salon during a Brazilian wax appointment. Not only did I leave with painful burns and bumps (which should never happen when the service is done properly), but Aylin was also incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the entire session. I only went because one of her friends referred me. Giving it a 1 star rating is a bit much! From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable due to her dismissive attitude. She rushed through the process with little care or concern for my comfort, and when I brought up the pain I was experiencing, she brushed it off without any apology or explanation. Absolutely the only person I am comfortable with a pedicure. She is so welcoming and super sweet. I do drive an hour just to be in her chair. Does an amazing job. 10/10!
