Everyone is so sweet and professional. I felt seen, supported, and cared for through every step of the process. I am a huge baby and probably such an annoying patient, but everyone was super reassuring. I’ve never once felt judged or belittled in this office. Scheduling is fast and efficient, the office is clean and well-maintained, and I can’t commend the staff enough. Special shout out to the office manager for being a quick problem solver 🫶🏼

MOST TOTAL AWSOME TEAM from the moment that I called to get all the information that I NEEDED, to walking into the front door! To everyone I met, passed, interacted with, THIS! THIS! COMPLETE TEAM was ALL!!ALL AWESOME! KNOWLEDGEABLE! I canNOT remember ALL the names and EVERYONE I would have added your name but it was a busy day for me. The lady on the phone when I called. The lady at the front desk was an awesome Angel! THEY WERE ALL ANGELS! Ms LouisiAna, Ms Jo, Mr. HADEN, Ms AWESOME Lady that did my surgery, Ms Iris…ALL! ALL were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! When I went in for my consultation Tiara was amazing, knowledgeable and patient with me to explain, comfort, and explain again! The Dr was through and friendly. Because I'm a people person customer service, I loved everything about the service that I received my first visit. Moved here from VA and boy was I disappointed, not with the service I was refused but just the customer experience. The tech that took my X-rays was polite and friendly so I’ll keep the 2 stars for her. I was there for two hours and came out without a cleaning and a bad taste in my mouth from the experience. I had a regular dentist in VA and this was just my six month check up, it felt like I went for an oil change and came out being offered a new engine and was refused my clean up because it probably wasn’t going to make them money. I just had X-rays 6 months ago with my last dentist and when I told them no one even bothered to see if they can locate those before doing them again. Came in for a simple cleaning. Was examine and told l needed a deep cleaning. I explained to them that my insurance would not cover or pay for a deep cleaning and could they please just do a simple cleaning for today. l was told they would not do a simple cleaning which what my insurance would pay for or cover. Just don't understand what would a simple cleaning would have hurt until I could get my deep cleaning from the VA. I went to mustang and the VA dental clinic and was told l didn't need a deep cleaning. New scam out, dental clinics telling you need a deep cleaning when you really don't just to get more money from you.
