Went for massage attendants improperly dressed, regular music , no incense or anything else in room to create relaxing atmosphere.paid for full massage only did back from neck to ankles. Will not return or recommend. And my daughter was wiped down with paper towels to remove oil,,, unprofessional!

Make an appointment, dont walk in. There isn't a receptionist. Walk-ins interrupt an on-going massage. Best 90 minutes for $100 massage...stretched, acupressure and massage. The massage therapist spoke limited English and there isn't an intake form so be specific about what type of massage and the pressure. The room was heated but there wasn't a blanket and a large body towel was used instead of a sheet to cover so I gave 4 stars ✨. My second visit was in a couples room, which was chilly. Request a massage therapist that can provide a deep tissue in advance.

First time there, very good experience for a local massage place and a lot of injuries and a lot. Of experience, getting older girls are very professional even way. Because I was running little late towards close. I would definitely go back and try to consider going there once a week. Just for a nice people wish. They spoke a little bit more english but I love Japanese hospitality and they do a great job. Definitely recommend to everybody if you ask me. It's pretty darn cheap for the amazing job they do. I do recommend using the translate.English to Japanese when you try to talk to them.What's a little confusing at first?But either way very respectful place and very clean all the way around

I’ve been to this specific spa before and it was great, but this experience has made me never want to return and give this company my business again. I’m a 16 year old girl, and truthfully I feel completely taken advantage of. For Christmas of this year, I was gifted a gift certificate for one free 60 minute massage and one free 30 minute facial. Today (7/15/23) I decided I want to use it (this coupon allowed up to a year of valid use). I called the spa today expressing how I wish to have an appointment for the 2 services on my gift certificate, they explained to me that they couldn’t do the facial but that I could do the massage in the next 30 minutes prior to the phone call.
