I would never recommend this salon. First off, they tried to charge me $150 for a basic service, and only after I questioned the breakdown did they “realize” a mistake and bring it down to $131. On top of that, the nail tech who started my service didn’t know how to do a simple French manicure, got frustrated when I politely said I wasn’t happy, and literally waved me off like I was the problem. Someone else had to step in just to finish the job. The paint job is absolutely terrible and the nails are already lifting after one day. To make matters worse, after I still tipped on top of all this (an extra $5 out of courtesy), the woman had the audacity to ask me for a bigger tip. So I just moved down to Miami and I am SO glad I found this place! I called an hour before they closed and they were able to fit me in on a night I could tell they were so busy. I was sat right at the time they said, and I got the cutest set in less than an hour! Michael was super attentive and checked my nail type, length, and design multiple times to make sure I was good with it. Everything was incredibly uniform and it turned out so well I’m so grateful. The owner is also, so sweet and communicative and I am so so glad to have found a good nail place in my new home :)

This place is the best! I’ve been coming here for 2 years and every time I’ve been so happy with how my nails turns out. Rainbow is so good and always makes my nails looks so beautiful! I’ve also been with the other techs and they are also just as good. They are attentive and quick which is great for a busy mom like me. Thank you always for the best service!

Got my GEL nails done Friday and they started chipping 2 days after. I haven’t had time to get it fixed because I’m a working single mother and only had my one chance to get them done for a while. It hasn’t even been a full week yet and this is what they look like. Yesterday my full nail came off. Paid $100 for this and a pedi. It’s insane never had Gel come off so fast in such a little time and you’d think with the price it would stay at least a week.

Absolutely incredible service every time. I’ve visited so many nail salons throughout Miami and I come back to this one every time. All the techs are wonderful :)
