I have always had a great experience here. Lisa is who I usually go to. Lisa has been kind and respectful. She knows my problem points in my neck and shoulders and uses the perfect amount of pressure. The hot stone's always feel amazing on my shoulders. I would definitely recommend and I have to my friends and family. They have all had positive experiences here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I should have noticed red flags from the beginning but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I called earlier in the day to check availability and was told a time I could come in. I was arriving a few minutes early and as I was pulling in the parking lot (almost 5 minutes before my scheduled time) they called me to ask if I was still coming or if I needed a later time. Then, she made me pay up front, including the tip, before she would even start the massage. Which I said fine. She was annoyed that I didn't have cash to pay with. When she finally agreed to let me pay with card, she asked how much I wanted to tip. Would not recommend this place. I would rate 0 stars if I could. The website states $10 off a 60 minute massage, to which they refused to deduct from the total when it came time for payment. Even called to confirm this before scheduling the appointment. As the other reviews have stated, she demanded a $20 tip on top of a $70 massage. Never again. I recommend going anywhere but here.

I have had several massages here. They do a good job but INSIST on a 20$. Then tonight 20$ was good enough and the owner would not give me my change back and instead of a 20$ she demanded a 25$ tip. Ridiculous 😠 The massage is already a 70$ fee.!

Absolutely the worst massage experience I've ever had. I booked a one-hour massage and specifically asked for focus on my shoulders with deep pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure was far too light and did nothing to relieve the tension—it was completely ineffective. Even more concerning were the issues around professionalism and privacy. The therapist stayed in the room while I undressed and did not cover me with a sheet at any point during the massage, leaving me exposed the entire time. She left the room a couple of times mid-session, while I was nearly naked on the table.
