They do a really great job here. I’ve been coming consistently for pedicures, I get regular and no chip depending on what I have going on. Both always look great! They are meticulous! Always address my concerns even my ingrowns. Everyone is nice, helpful and grateful. A no brainer for me

Hi, I wanted to recommend this place. It's very warm. I went to get a pedicure, Jenny took care of me, and I was delighted with the service!

I went to this place because my normal nail tech was booked all week and I am going out of town for Labor Day. Me and my boyfriend had a 4:30 appointment, and said that it was a regular mani pedi for him, and a regular pedi and no chip mani fill in for me. I made sure to ask if they could take both of us at the same time and they said yes. They did not start my pedi until a little after 5. The nail tech did not finish until like 7:15, and I didn’t even get what I wanted because it was taking so long, i said just white polish because I’ve been here almost 3 hours. She was not apologetic. During my manicure she burned me with the drill and also cut me. She left the edges sloppy and did not lotion and massage my hands after. I’ve been a customer of Julie, Bob and Kelly’s for over 14 years now—they are professional, thorough and extremely skilled nail tech artists. Beyond that, they are also kind, personable and fantastic community members. I mostly get acrylic nails with no chip polish and no chip pedicures as well, but I’ve also gotten traditional mani pedis and waxing services too. I cannot recommend them enough! This is an affordable and great quality nail and waxing salon—I’ll never go anywhere else in Chicago!

The pedicure was fine, though it bothered me that they don’t use liners for the foot tub, until I got home and a part of my toe nail broke off. It seemed like she cut my nail too short with clippers and not all the way so she then painted over it. When I made my appointment, I asked specifically for nail art hoping that I’d get someone who’s good at it considering I’d seen other photos on google from them that came out great. If you’re not good at nail art, please be honest. I’d rather get a plain color than a design done poorly. I was so disappointed with how my nails came out. They chipped the same night (though they’re no chip) and there’s what looks like dirt in the paint on one nail. Also, the polish is in my cuticles.
