Showed my stylist a picture of what I wanted (blonde money pieces with some highlights all around the back) she proceeded to turn my entire front of my hair orange. I went back the next day stating I was unhappy with color, I was again charged and the service and environment seemed very toxic, especially with receptionists upfront. Will never go back. All white staff who do not know how to color Asian hair. Highly recommend you save your money and go elsewhere.

Mya did my Japanese head spa and it was an amazing experience. Her services are great, and she was so nice and welcoming the entire time. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and I could really tell she cared about doing a great job. I would definitely recommend her and can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely incredible experience! The Japanese head spa treatment was beyond relaxing—from the scalp massage to the steam and cleansing, every step felt so thoughtful and luxurious. I added the V-Tox facial and I’m so glad I did—my skin looked noticeably lifted, refreshed, and glowing afterward. The entire experience was calming, professional, and truly rejuvenating. They said the appointment was for 615p, reached there at 618p. We waited almost 45 minutes; all this having a pre scheduled appointment. Talked to the girl upfront that we were upset that we came early from work for this. She repeatedly said our appointment was at 630pm not 615pm; she wasn’t able to give a time or how long it would take. Both the hair dresser and the girl upfront were inexperienced. Poor hair dressing and people skills. Wish for the money they charged they delivered better customer satisfaction.

Have loved starting at this salon as a new client! The salon is clean and up to date. I feel welcomed and pampered. I love my stylist Krysti. My hair always looks great.
