Mona is a professional in every sense of the word. Mona has helped me more than my words will express. In November of 2013, I began following the Nutritional Program, she designed for me. After completion of the Nutritional Program, I lost 50+ pounds, and have maintained this weight loss, to date, in 2021. I have degenerative discs in my neck and arthritis in my back. I have severe pain at times. Mona does the deep tissue massage and I can manage my pain much better after a visit to Mona. She is also helping me with the weight loss program. I am making progress and eating healthier.
