Caitlin is amazing! My hair looks so much healthier now, so much better! She helped me pick the right right color for my skin tone, and also repaired my damaged hair- it was in bad shape when I came to my first appointment last year. She's also so personable, authentic and uplifting- I love her vibe and always leave feeling great! The salon has a nice atmosphere, it's very clean and beautifully decorated. This photo was taken a day after my haircut and highlight retouch, right after a bike ride on a hot and humid Florida day. I think the fact that it looks so good under such conditions is a testament to how good Caitlin is! I highly recommend her.

Absolutely in LOVE with my hair, Caitlin did such an amazing job! I went into my appointment not really knowing what I wanted and she perfectly matched my hair with my skin tone. Caitlin is the best!! She has been doing my hair for 7 years and it always turns out great! I have pretty straight hair but my sisters have super curly hair and she does a great job with both!!! I highly recommended her:)

One of the worst experiences at a salon I have ever had. As you can see in the picture their were blotches of different shades of blonde and her excuse was beacuse my hair grabbed onto purple shampoo too much that it would come out in one wash. I washed my hair 4 times and my hair looked as white as snow still in sections under my hair. Manager is extremely unprofessional. My hair is just about falling off from how much bleach she used and burnt my hair off. I've been doing my hair for 5 years and have never seen anything like this. Save your hair and don't go to @colored_bycait.
