Sadly disappointed in the quality. I got my nails done before the Holiday. so it’s been exactly a week and they have been already lifting . I fully understand chipping as I chose regular polish this time around , however to lift a week later is highly disappointing .

Didi continues to stay informed about her procedures and methods whilst giving a personalized & pleasant experience. She assures detail and precision with a 1:1 experience. She also has a wide selection of materials for nails, such as charms that can be fixed to dangle off the nail! (As pictured in the 4th image.) She is a very lovely open-minded person whom makes patrons feel welcomed. She easily can replicate various styles and trends, which is important to me as an alternative person. (As well as getting very vibrant colours in my hair despite minimal bleaching) She has done various unconventional services of which each time I am satisfied! -Please do note I get a custom shape for my nails. I had my nails done a week ago and after 3 days the dip started lifting and chipping. The dip was also quite textured instead of smooth. I spoke to the owner and she offered to redo them for me at no charge. She was very kind to fix the issue. I went to see her and she took the old dip off, fixed my broken nail and applied new dip powder. I really appreciated her taking time in her day to do this.

Didi is the best. She worked on me and my whole family (4 in total) and did a fantastic job with all of our mani/pedis!

Didi is incredible. She runs a clean, professional business. The building is very welcoming. Fresh coffee and snacks at the door if you wish! She is very informative, she offers a wide array of services, including but not limited to: facials, waxings, hair care, manicures, pedicures, dip, and many more!
